Refund Policy for UX/Ui Design Consultant Services

This Refund Policy applies to all services provided by Bianca Fuchs ("Consultant") as a UX/Ui design consultant. Please read this policy carefully before engaging Consultant for any services.

1. General Policy:

• Consultant strives to deliver high-quality services that meet your expectations.

• However, we understand that there may be circumstances where a refund is necessary.

• This policy outlines the conditions under which Consultant will issue refunds for the services provided.

2. Eligibility for Refunds:

Full Refunds:

• You may be eligible for a full refund if you cancel your project before any work has begun.

• If Consultant is unable to complete the project for reasons beyond your control, you will receive a full refund for the remaining balance.

Partial Refunds:

• If you cancel your project after work has begun, you may be eligible for a partial refund based on the amount of work completed at the time of cancellation.

• Consultant will determine the percentage of work completed based on factors such as:

  • Hours spent on the project

  • Deliverables completed

  • Progress made towards project goals

No Refunds:

• You will not be eligible for a refund if:

  • You are dissatisfied with the final design, but Consultant has delivered all services as agreed upon in the project scope.
