About me

I'm Bianca, a bilingual, dual-citizen (US/German) product leader, systems thinker, and designer with 15+ years of experience building complex, digital products for technical environments, whether that is for aerospace, industrial technology, enterprise software, and/or startups.

My work has ranged from workforce transformation platforms and aerospace marketplaces to product lifecycle management systems, operational tools used by engineering and manufacturing teams, and hardware-adjacent products.

I enjoy taking complicated processes, uncovering what actually matters, and turning them into products that people can understand and use. My background spans product strategy, UX/UI, information architecture, branding, and systems design, allowing me to bridge business goals, user needs, and technical realities.

Most recently, I led product strategy and experience design for Walu at Freefly Systems. Along the way, I've worked with organizations including Korn Ferry, BCG Digital Ventures, C&L Aerospace, Phoenix LiDAR Systems, and a range of startups and industrial technology companies.

I'm especially interested in aerospace, robotics, AI, and products that help technical teams operate more effectively.

How I Work

I see product development as a bridge between business goals, user needs, and technical reality. Much of my work lives at the intersection of software, operations, and technical hardware systems.

My process typically moves through five stages:

Discover
Research users, stakeholders, constraints, and opportunities.

Define
Align teams around goals, priorities, and measurable outcomes.

Design
Develop concepts, workflows, interfaces, and system behaviors.

Deliver
Partner with engineering to build practical, scalable solutions.

Learn
Measure outcomes, identify friction, and improve the product through iteration.

Throughout the process, my role is often less about designing screens and more about helping teams make better decisions together.
